id wait. i mailed a package a few weeks ago that took over a week to make it an hour away(same state) another package mailed the same day made it cross country in 2 days, both sent FC.

I replied to him and told him the PO is looking for it, he opened an ebay buyer protection claim against me. Ugh. What can I expect?? Paypal put a hold on my funds but I had a 0 balance, now I have a negative balance, no CC or bank account linked to PP.

Ebay won't decide because the package is still in transit, so he's outta luck right now. I'm sorry he's tied up your paypal account though, what a jerk

did you get insurance? if it is lost and you have insurance you would file a claim with USPS and eventually they will refund you for the amount you had insured

Unfortunately not. Insurance is no longer an option on ebay. I guess you can add it to the postage but can't put it in the auction so sellers have to pay for it out of pocket.
