Birth Plans/Preferences: Hospital, probably getting an epidural like the last two times (hoping it will be more effective this time around), but considering an unmedicated birth if all goes well
Anything else you'd like to share: I'm originally from PA where I was a science teacher; now I'm a SAHM down south I also sell Mary Kay products...feels good to get pampered as well as pamper others (esp. busy moms) every now and then!

Anything else you'd like to share: I'm a newbie in all respects. New to CDing, and new to being a mommy! I am hoping to use DS as a resource as well as a place to find some good deals!

I finally got to see the hospital that I will be delivering in. I was really hoping for a home birth, but turns out my insurance had different plans and wouldn't cover ANY OF IT. So I'm stuck in a hospital, but as far as hospitals are concerned... it's not so bad. I'm seeing a team of midwives so I don't have to follow all hospital regulations. I don't have to be hooked on to an IV (hep lock only if I'm step B pos). There is a massive and amazing tub (better than anything I could have rented) in 3 of the rooms. Massive space in the "midwife/tub" rooms. A huge bathroom with a really nice stand-in shower with a seat. They also have birthing balls and birth stools or you can bring your own. You can request for them not to take the baby away at all so the check-up and all the peds visits are done bedside. And I'm only required to be there for 24 hours post pardum if all is good.

How long it took to you to get your BFP:A year and a half total but a year after trying clomid, and being told with my progesterone levels we had a 1% chance of getting pregnant on our own, and a 97% chance of miscarriage after...and then one day after 5 months no period, BOOM, a BFP out of nowhere! Very much so our miracle baby

Family (partner, other children, and/or furbabies): Husband, Jamie, and 2 furbabies German Shepherd Zipper and Cocker Spaniel Evanrude
Baby's Gender (hopes or guesses): We all think its a boy, but we are happy either way!!
Birth Plans/Preferences: No medications...I don't do well with anything stronger than ibuprofen so I am shooting for that!

Anything else you'd like to share: This will be a learning experience for my husband....our neice who is a year and a half is the ONLY baby he's ever held.... and hes never changed a diaper!!! So this should be interesting!
