starting wool/fitted stash?

What do you think is a reasonable # of pieces to start with, keeping in mind that I'll still sometimes use my pockets. I'm sure I'll buy obsessively later, but for starters if I plan to wash every other day- how many fitteds? How many pieces of wooL?

I would do 14 fitteds and 3-4 piece of wool. I uses about 6 diapers a day for dd and when she wears wool she alternates between two piece, so one can air out. So if you want enough to last for 2 days with 2 different wool outfits thats what I would do. Or if you want to do wool one day and pockets the next do 6-7 fitteds and 2 piece of wool.

I agree with the above poster. I went wayyyyyyyy beyond and bought too much. I have at least 35 fitteds and wayy to many wool covers. The only reason I don't sell some of them is because we have another on the way. Otherwise it really would be too much in conjunction with the pockets and prefolds I use too

Thanks, ladies! This really helps me get a handle on it. OH one more thing- do you change DCs shirt to match the new wool when alternating? Isn't that a PITA? (or does all your wool coordinate?)
