I love mine too! FYI, you can turn the diva cup inside out where the stem is completely inside the cup. It's still a little long for me, but it is much improved from just trimming the stem. I'm thinking about trying a lunette since they are shorter (and come in colors).

Re: Lets talk about why Diva cups are the bees knees!
I have bought both a lunette and diva cup from babyhalfoff.com. It is a daily deal website so you have to be patient. I bought the diva on a whim bc it was half off. I used it for about a year and I liked it, but when I saw the lunette last month I bought it because I have heard the comfort is better. That being said the diva cup is still more comfortable than a tampon to me. Now the lunette is going to be sitting in the cabinet unused for the next year or so bc I just got a surprise + HPT. I even had it boiled and ready!

You can turn it inside out if the grip rings are irritating (and if you don't need them or the stem for removal) You do have to order from France, but it's very simple (if you can understand a bit of French).

Does anyone use the MeLuna? That one is looking the best to me size wise.

Re: Lets talk about why Diva cups are the bees knees!
I have a question. I have never used any type of cup and rarely used tampons. Like once ever 2-3 years. My daughter is interested in using a cup but has only recently turned 13. She wanted to use tampons so she can go swimming but was deterred by the moldy tampon story. Would you recommend using them for someone so young and if so which brand?

This site has really good information about the different cups that are available. My little sister is 14 and I have intentions to tell her all about menstrual cups! I would just make sure you get a nice small one. Maybe she could try "instead" first as I believe those are disposable and available in most places that carry pads and tampons.

Re: Lets talk about why Diva cups are the bees knees!
I have a ladycup which i bought from Amazon. I really like it and i would love to have another cup .... Maybe a lunette to try- just because
lolFor more detailed info on the ladycup... I will say that my cervix sits lower during my period and the cup fits comfortably with only a tiny bit of the stem left on. The material its made out of seems sturdy enough, but i feel like it wont last forver. I dont know why exactly though. It it a softer cup in my opinion so maybe that is why.

... also the silicone does "yellow" with time, which may be why some choose to replace every couple of years.
