Looking for the ideal stroller

I babywear a lot but there are times that a stroller comes in handy. I have two strollers but neither are perfect.
Features I am looking for:
Cushioning next to head area (so there is a place to lean head when sleeping)
Basket underneath for storage
Suitable for a tall woman (I am 5'8 and often kick our current strollers)
Adjustable seat (full recline not necessary but want fully upright - one of strollers does not come fully upright)
Compact folding
Snack bar
The child's foot rest should not be able to push against the wheels
Handles well
Price tag: preferably under $100 - fine with used
What is out there to meet my preferences?

Re: Looking for the ideal stroller

We used the have one that the handle height adjusted I can't remember what kind it was but my husband could use it and he's 6'1. If you live near a baby store, id go look at the displays and see if they would work, once you find oneyou like you can always buy it used. I actually am thinking about a city mini but im not sure how high the handle goes.

I've had a lot of strollers, and keep coming back to my Baby Jogger City Mini. It is by far my favorite. However, it is most definitely not under $100. You can get them for about $150 on Albee for last years pink model.

Maclaren Techno or Techno XT has adjustable handles and all those features. Not so much the price tag, but check CL.

I am going to look at a Peg Perego Pliko stroller from Craigslist this afternoon. The people selling it are asking $100 and it looked very clean in the photo. I believe it will meet all of my criteria plus it has a little bar on the back that an older child can stand on to catch a ride which I think is a nifty bonus feature.

i was going to suggest the pliko but up here, you'd never find one for under $100 bucks, even used...lol...so that sounds like a great deal and i think you'll love it!

We have Pliko P3 and we all love it! In fact, there are times when DD gets sad that we're not taking it with us when we go to a store If you can find a used one in nice condition for $100, definitely get it since it sound like it has everything you're looking for.
