When you get burned
Just received the covers I bought in FSOT. Listed as EUC....received with gussets stained dark, dark brown and PUL discolored brown, and overall dingy. So disappointed as this is only my second purchase. I've had over 450 transactions on eBay so I guess I was expecting the same kind of integrity. Any recourse here when you get burned? Or can "EUC" mean stained and gross?

Re: When you get burned
EUC does not mean stained and gross! ew!! Have you tried emailing the seller and telling her your unhappy with the purchase? Usually most mamas on here are pretty good about refund it (if you mail it back) or refunding on an agreed amount that you feel is fair for the condition the diapers were in.
Also, you should be able to find the original listing on here and if she does not agree to work then I would message a mod and use the original listing as prof. |

Re: When you get burned
I would contact seller & if no compromise then file claim with paypal. That's what they suggest even for ebay & other purchases if it is that big of a discrepency. I think I listed mine as great used becasuse no stains but I just talked to my buyer of most & she just must have thought I saidd excellent or like new but still was happy to have gotten most of what she neededto add to stash for diapering twins. I tried to make sure people know as best I can but we I know were talking & agreed two views may be very different of the same word. I try to be fair. I know ki bought a dipe off ebay said euc but got & inside of pocket person had melted the inner part... not euc. I wrote & when I sent back pointed it out. She I guess didn't know or said she didn't.

Re: When you get burned
Thanks mamas. I will send a message. From now on I'll be sure to ask explicit and particular questions prior to purchasing. This is my second burn on diapers (one on eBay and now this). Both were covers. $50 down and not a single cover as was described! I'm about to sell my own newborn covers and they are like brand new compared to these that were all described as "gently used" and "EUC". Bummed. Back to buying new, I guess.

Re: When you get burned
If the seller seems unwilling to resolve, please pm me. I can try to help mediate.
If nothing else, I will need to leave a user note to record the complaint on her profile. If we start getting lots of complaints we know a seller needs to be removed from FSOT.
