We bought this new and have used it for 6-9 months for overnight wetness. My LO is almost 5. She is now 44" tall and weighs 42lbs. She wears a size 5 in almost anything. These have fit her great. We stuff them very full for overnight wetting. She says they are feeling too tight around the legs now, but there is no redness so they aren't very tight yet.

This is a great trainer. It is a pocket style trainer. We used it overnight for my very heavy wetting 4-5 year old LO. It became too small (VERY heavily stuffed) right around her 5th birthday and at about 44 inches tall and 42 pounds. It still works great. The white-ish part around the legs is yellowed. I don't know whether it is from being wet or just from use and wear. Insides look great.
