The more stretchy and clear "eggwhite" your mucus is, the more likely you are fertile. After ovulation it may linger for a day or two, but then changes over to creamy mucus or none at all. Some women experience some stretchy mucus right before AF, but typically speaking, the more clear and stretchy, the closer you are to ovulation.
You will have milky or creamy mucus when pregnant, but you can also have that during your luteal phase as well. I don't think mucus can be used as a sign of conception. |
