DS has a double ear infection!

DS is 22 months old and has had a cold for 2 weeks, today he started running a fever and saying his ear hurt. I took him to the ER and was confirmed that he has a double ear infection. The prescribed him amoxicillin 2x a day for the next 10 days. He's completely off the boob but DD is EBF, I read a while back that breastmilk can help ear infections but I can't remember what to do. Any suggestions?

Just express some milk and drop it into his ears. It will help clear up the infection and in my experience takes away the pain quickly.

Yep, just squirt some milk in Hope he feels better soon.

Do not squirt anything in his ears if there is any discharge. That could mean a ruptured eardrum and could cause serious problems.
