In good used condition, the lettering above the lcd screen have scratched off a bit. But it is in perfect working condition. It has a rubber clear sleeve it wears all the time that has helped keep it looking new. Very rugged underwater camera, great for a vacay or cruise, also great around kids, great for waterparks, amusement parks with water rides, etc. Video is great, photos are clear.
