Re: Blue Stretchy Wrap and Ring Sling
Love this! I have a great mac n cheese recipe. It's so easy. You just do alternating layers of cooked elbow macaroni and shredded chedder cheese (I liek it to be heavy on the cheese but it's up to you)and then sprinkle crushed saltine crackers on the top. Then you mix up some egg and milk plus some pepper to taste. I usually do about 2 eggs and a cup milk for a fairly large casserole dish. Pour it over the top. Then you bake it at 350 till its brown on top.

Okay I SO want to be entered!
The bomb Mac & cheese recipe is Carla Hall's Crock Pot Mac and Cheese. Yes ladies, I said Crock pot! It comes out so thick, it's one of those ones you can cut with a knife. I'm on my phone so I can't get a good cut & paste but if you go to this link... http://beta.abc.go.com/shows/the-che...ker-Carla-Hall ...you can print it and even watch the video of her making it. My favorite marinade for chicken is store bought, it's "Lawrey's Sesame Ginger" marinade with mandarin orange juice. It can be used as a marinade and then glaze more over top, and I garnish with sliced oranges. It's also fantastic with salmon. The best lasagna recipe I have is to go to Costco and buy their 2 pack of frozen lasagna's

Not entering either, sharing my favorite EASY way to serve tilapia.
Preheat your ovens broiler. Spray a pan and arrange filets. Melt some butter with a bit of dill. Brush on filets. Season with lemon pepper, and squeeze half a lemon over all. Broil close to the flame for like 4-5 min, until it flakes with a fork. You could make/buy-boxed rice pilaf. But its also great with just white rice (i cook mine with salt and butter). Cut up the rest of the lemon into wedges to serve with the plate. It's soooo yummy squeezed over everything! Super super simple and inexpensive. Of course, you don't need the dill, and regular black pepper works fine. No sense buying something you won't use a lot, if you are looking to save some $

Re: Blue Stretchy Wrap and Ring Sling
I don't have a meat ball one but I do have a wonderful meat loaf one.
1 lb ground beef or turkey 1 can diced tomatoes with onions 1 egg 1/2 cup bread crumb Mix all of that but half the can of tomatoes together. Plop it in a loaf pan and foil the top. Stick it in the oven at 375 for aprox. 30 mins then take out remove foil and use the rest of the tomatoes on top. Stick it in for another 5-10 mins, and you are good for dinner. My family loves it and I hope that you do too. Would love to enter this lotto. |

meatballs :
1 lb ground beef 1lb ground pork 1 small onion chopped 1small bell pepper chopped 3 cloves garlic minced 1tsp each oregano, parsely, basil 1 egg 1-1/2 cups of bread crumbs salt and pepper to taste after you mix all ingredients mold into the size of meatballs you prefer then plop them in sauce and simmer on low-med until cooked through (I take one out and cut in half yo see) the beauty of this recipe is its versatile don't like bell pepper? leave it out! want less/more garlic? go ahead! lol if you don't have bred crumb substitute with ground up saltine crackers or a little oatmeal enjoy!

Re: Blue Stretchy Wrap and Ring Sling
For Tilapia we just use EVOO and sea salt and pepper , some fresh lemon juice a little panko bread crumbs mixed with fresh grated Romano cheese !! To die for !! Extra good when served with fresh asparagus baked in the oven with EVOO , salt pepper, and balsamic vinegar drizzled over. Yum
