TTC After Loss Thread

I thought I would start a thread for women who are TTC a baby right after a m/c. That is a situation that is so specific and I feel like we could really help each other get through this hard time. If you just had a m/c and no live births since please join in on the conversation. Hopefully all our love and support will help us get sticky babies this time around.

If you want to be added to the group just use the format below and I will get a list going. Feel free to mention living children and if you are pregnant. If you get preggo again please stick around until you feel comfortable moving to a DDC or just hang here and we will cheer you on

Hi Anya! I would like to join...I definitely feel discouraged after what I just experienced this month. I had a loss before my youngest was born too. We are most likely moving about a year from now, so I'd really like to have #4 a few months before that.

Happymama1: False positive?! That must be really rare because I have never heard of that before. It must have been SO hard for you.

37 weeks. We conceived the very beginning of September. It was a very very trying time for me mentally and emotionally.

well...the wondfo's came up positive....every single one I peed on from 8/9DPO until AF started....no other test came up positive...and AF came at 14 DPO....none of the faint lines got darker....and they didn't get lighter either. Then I read about false positives on the batch I had. (posted on here about it). Anyway....it is possible that it was another really early loss/chemical pregnancy, but I sort of think it was a bad batch of wondfos....I will test again fromt he batch in a few days to see if anythig comes up for comparison sake.

How odd! I have heard of mamas getting false positives from mixing ovulation stripes and pregnancy tests in the same cup but not from a straight test. That would have messed with my emotions.

Did anyone do anything to remember their angel baby? We made one of those mosaic stone thingies with the baby's nickname and date we lost him/her. It really did help with the healing.

This recent m/c was my 3rd. My first pregnancy was ectopic and ended with a rupture. I went on to conceive via IVF and my second pregnancy was twins and we lost one. My most recent pregnancy was natural and was our little miracle. We won't do fertility treatments again so praying that dh gets back on board and that we will be able to conceive again.

Lots and lost of baby dust for everyone!
