I am over a week late, have all the symptoms of being pg. just like I was with my other 2. I have taken pg test and all are negative. My doctor/insurance won't see me unless I get a positive. Could I be tricking my body into thinking I am pg?

A week late is not me, I have been regular like clock work within 1-2 days give or take for years. I am just confused about the whole thing. A friends daughter just had a baby and I am on baby high. So Im just not sure if I fooled myself lol.

Is it possible you are stressed? Or any other changes that could cause a delayed period? If you were pregnant you should be getting a positive result by now. If you're never late and you don't get a pregnant result or your period in another week I'd go to your doctor to get checked out to see what's going on.

I have a friend who didn't get positive results ever on HPTs, even her first blood test with her 11 yr old was negative.
Now that being said I did have a hysterical pg a few months ago. I wanted it so much by body was completely acting like I was pg but I wasn't late yet and as soon as I got a negative test the symptoms went away.
With my 2nd child I took a test and it was negative, a week later I took another test and it was positive.
I sayd wait a few days and see. If you still don't test call your dr and tell them you are late but the tests are negative and you are concerned. They should see you no matter what

Sorry you weren't pregnant. I spent a while on the ttc boards and it was pretty hard but just keep your head up! It took us around 8 months.
