GMD Vs Diaper Rite Prefolds Sizing Question?

Ok all this Boingo talk really has me wanting to try Prefolds again. Currently I just use The Flip Organic Inserts Tri-folded in a flip cover.

i havent bought prefolds in awhile. Would GMD Red Edge or Brown Edge be better for pinning? Same for Diaper Rite The Green or the Orange Edge?

I would be using Boingo's

My daughter is currently 24lbs and is 31in tall and is currently 20 months

I would go with either the GMD reds or Dr greens. IME the Dr oranges are HUGE! DS is 32 lbs and I had a red GMD boingod on him yesterday perfectly.

This. I bought some oranges because my son was a tank as an infant, and was pretty much outgrowing the green DRs/red GMDs, but then he slimmed down so much (once mobile) that they still fit great. He weighed about 26 pounds at his 18 month check up, and is 22 months now. The oranges are huge! They look ridiculous on him, even when I fold down the back.

I would go with neither and get the Smart Fit mediums (yellow edge) >_> And I totally did yesterday too $19.95/dozen just can't be beat They are an inch wider than the GMD Reds too, while being the same length.

DR is cut bigger. Your def going to need size large. My 28in 20lb almost 14month old wears DR green & barely fits & also wears orange but GMD brwn edge is too small for her.

I might try this fold tomorrow with the orange DRs to see if I can get a better fit.
