Turn it into cupcakes or muffins. Take a look at those recipes online, increase the values to 4 cups of sugar and match the rest of your ingredients accordingly. Will take a little math, but much less waste and you can freeze the muffins for breakfast too!

Should be fine to put down the drain, if you decide you can't salvage. Just run the water in the sink while you pour down.

Aw, yeah way too much sugar for pancakes! Hmm never would have thought to turn it into cake or muffins... I'll have to keep that in mind next time I mess up a pancake batter (which I have done, lol)
