Baby Bjorn Potty, stop potty bowl from coming up with bum
Hi,
My son has learned that if he jumps up real fast from the baby bjorn potty that the potty bowl will stick to him and splash pee everywhere, what fun! Has anyone come up with a solution to help the potty bowl stick to the potty chair, preferably still allowing it to be taken out to the cleaned/emptied. Thanks

Good question! Mine doesn't do it on purpose, but it has caused him to pinch his finger.

It hasn't been tested out, but I took a thickish rubber band (approx a cm wide, so it is stackable') and folded it over so it is 4 layers. I taped it across the potty chair opening and reinserted the potty seat. This makes the potty seat fit more snug. It seems to slow it down. The rubber band has to go in the front where the pee guard is or it the potty seat won't lay flat in the chair.
I will report back once it has been tested!

Another solution would be to drop a prefold into the bucket so it absorbs the pee.
Makes for fairly easy cleanup too.

Interesting Idea, but i think the 2 year old wouldn't leave it in there -- unless it was something we started day one and didn't know any better.
The rubber band is working. It comes out a little bit sometimes but it hasn't popped out and splashed yet.

Use silly putty (or the putty like stuff to hang posters on the wall) to hold the seat down.
