Diaper Swappers

Does anyone else have a child with this? My 10 yr old was just diagnosed with it a week ago. She has gone from a vibrant child to an old old lady because of the severe joint pain. It's really hard to find real life accounts of this since it's so rare. I thought I'd ask around here to see if anyone else has experience with it.

No experience. Just wanted to offer

my 6 year old has a rare disorder and it sucks sometimes....no one knows much about it.

Have you googled around for a support group?

I have. About all I can really find is generic info on the disease. I just keep running into brick walls!

Are you talking about Henoch-Schonlein purpura? My dd who is 16 now had it when she was 6 and has no ill effects from it now. It took awhile for it to go away but once it did it was gone.
