What I'm thinking....
Since my midwife declared that I am just waiting to miscarry last week, I have been an emotional wreck. I have done a lot of reading about early ultrasounds and how inaccurate they can be. Plus, from the first week to the next there was change in the gestational sac. The first week it was irregular shaped and funny looking and "empty", then the next week it was perfectly rounded (same-ish size) and the yolk sac was seen. So here is my final decision....as of right now.....
Until my body tells me otherwise, I am growing a healthy baby! Everything that I am feeling is just like all my other pregnancies, except for one thing. I am SO DIZZY! Has anyone else had this happen? I really have to concentrate walking and driving, well doing anything really. I'm not sure what to think about it. Just had to talk a bit, thanks for reading.

Re: What I'm thinking....
I'm glad to see this update from you! I didn't think you were having a loss. Early ultrasounds can cause so much stress. I did have a blighted ovum in 2007, but the sac never changed size or shape, and there was certainly no yolk sac. Perhaps your dates were a touch off or maybe their equipment wasn't the very best. Either way, I'm glad you're here and staying positive!!!

Re: What I'm thinking....
Same thing with my blighted ovum. It measured at 6 weeks at 8 weeks, 5w2d at 9 weeks so there was a change only not bigger which is what concerned my doctors.
I will pray baby bean shows up and is healthy!!

Do you plan on getting another U/S in a couple weeks? That must have been so stressful! Also, I have been so dizzy this pregnancy too! Like, I seriously feel drunk! Ugh. I hate it! I'll be praying for your little bean.

Re: What I'm thinking....
I hope it works out for you! I agree with the other posters, it was an early ultrasound and it kind of seems like you would have started miscarrying by now.

Re: What I'm thinking....
Great attitude momma! I think this baby is going to be just fine
I hate early u/s for this reason, so many people are made to worry for nothing. Praying all goes well and the baby proves them all wrong soon!

Re: What I'm thinking....
Ya, so I think it was just a huge mistake to go in so early. I've never done that. Always waited till about 10 weeks before getting that first u/s. The only reason we did so early this time was because I hadn't even got my cycle back (still BF DS 14months) and we had no idea how far along I was.
I keep going back and forth about doing another u/s next week. I think I'm going to go with no. :-) I feel SO SICK and DIZZY, so I am assuming everything is fine. Oh, and THANK YOU for all the prayers!
