My Cravings: Beef, chocolate, pickles & olives
Aversions: Chicken Trying to keep my chocolate cravings under control since I'm suppossed to be watching my sugar, but they got the best of me today. I ate two HUGE chocolate brownies with mocha frosting and rainbow sprinkles. I made them for the kids and I thought I could control myself, but I was wrong. Need to definatly stay away from sugar the rest of the week or I'll never stop. This weekend was a big out fest for me Resuming exercise and normal eating routine tomorrow.

Last pregnancy
Cravings: CANDY! CANDY! CANDY! - I tried to settle it with juice and fruit. Talked to mw and she said intense sugar cravings were a sign that I needed to eat more protein. I ate more protein and it went away. Aversions: Not much - turkey on T'day (the smell, how gross! and I love turkey). This time (11 weeks) Cravings: Salty foods Lemonade Well done red meat Aversions: chicken shirmp (my former favorite food) anything with sauce |

I'm pretty much averse to everything. I have a long list of food allergies and doesn't it figure that those are the things I crave? Yesterday I would have given anything for a huge bowl of spaghetti sauce (with veggies) and a ton of parmesan -- no pasta necessary. Of course I'm allergic to tomatoes and dairy (and gluten for that matter). Other days I want warm tuna grinders (gluten, eggs in mayo), mac & cheese (gluten & dairy), ravioli smothered in marinara (gluten, tomato, dairy). Yup, this sucks.
I LOVE BEEF. I could eat steak every meal if that was an option.
