What can I do with cauliflower greens
I read about people battering and friyng them. I have some I nee dto use tonight.
But I am confused. I have stems and leaves. By steams I nean the thick green part from under neath the head of cauliflower, the thick stems the leaves are attached to. Are those edible too or only the actual leafy leaf?
