RLR experience??
It's finally happened...after 15 months, we have a barnyard issue
![]() I did strip w/ dawn/bleach about 11 months ago, because I was switching detergents like a mad woman. This time, I was thinking that we would use RLR to help remove the hard water build up. The instructions are for 1/2 of a packet. Will this really do for a super size load? I definitly will not want to add to the build up, but want to use enough to be effective. Also, would you add a bit of bleach too? or is that a big no no. Thanks! |

Re: RLR experience??
When I used it I used an entire packet along with some bleach, worked great on barnyard smell and stains on both natural and synthetic fabrics, and whitened dingy MF inserts. Great stuff. I have a HE top-loader so I guess I should have read the directions, but it didn't seem to cause any issues by using too much.

Re: RLR experience??
I wash the load first. Then I do an entire packet with a tiny amount of liquid tide. Then I rinse like crazy.
