I'm getting pop-ups

I've been getting pop-ups on this site really bad for the past 2 days. I have been trying to determine when it's happening, but it seems to be a little random. I get one when I open the site, before logging in, which has been happening for about a month. Once I logged in though, I wouldn't get anymore, well until the day before yesterday. I'm getting them when I open random threads and when I go to New Posts. I have a pop up blocker installed and I use IE.
