Exhausted baby eats all night long...

I'm having the same issues...my son is a little over 3 weeks and he eats all day and night. He rarely goes a full hour in between feedings and my nipples hurt so bad. I thought his latch was good and I was just experiencing "normal" pain but it's getting worse and it's lasted longer than I expected. I've read several books and looked online for latch & positioning tips but nothing seems to be working. I'm going to call a LC tomorrow to see if I can get some help - I'm afraid we won't make it much longer with EBF'ing if I don't.
