Thanks everyone, this morning is mostly just a little brown and mostly stopped, we'll see what the day brings. I'm going to go buy a bunch more tests to see if they are still positive. I completely failed at tricking my sisters last night, completely. I swear, I have zero ability to deceive people, I was so good at it as a kid, I don't know what happened, lol. The bleeding kind of took the excitement out of it, but whatever. I'm going to test a bunch today and then I'll tell my husband tonight. Thank you, all of you, for all your kindness and encouragement. It is really nice to read. I hope it all turns out well!!

Aw I know how you feel. When I found out I was pg this time it was the week my Dad's health went downhill, we had just told my kids the day I found out about him. It completely ruined the excitement of it for them. Then we had to go away to see him and he passed away the next week. So I didn't tell many people. Then just as I was starting to feel a little better emotionally to tell people I started the bleeding. It lasted awhile and now I think finally it is gone!

Good to know, I don't have a clue where we'll go right now for OB care. I live on a mountain, in a ski resort town, most of the doctors up here are pretty horrible, and most people go down the mountain to have their babies. Supposedly there is now a midwife up here, but my town is still in the internet stone ages, so I haven't been able to find her, even with all my asking around. I think I'll find a doctor down the mountain just for now till we figure stuff out. My plan is to MOVE! I want to move to Seattle and we are working on that (Julie, that's a secret!), so hopefully I'll deliver at home with a midwife up there. Anyway, I'll call a doctor on Monday if it doesn't obviously turn into a miscarriage (I hope it doesn't!). Thanks for sharing your experience, it's reassuring. My sister had a lot of bleeding at 3 months with her second son. He's sitting next to me right now, 13 years old and as healthy and smart as can be.

Oh I'm so sorry to hear about your dad. Losing a parent is awful, and even more so when you are pregnant!

Big hugs. I lost my mom when I was about 5 months pregnant with my first son.

Thank you. It was so hard that week. I found out I was pg on monday(AF wasn't due till Wed), then my sister called me Wed and told me I needed to come to Ohio(I live in Ontario). I headed down there Thurs and got to spend ost of Friday with him. I was able to tell him about the baby and he teased me about having so many kids. It was a special day and I am so thankful for it. He went home that night and after that was barely awake. It was so hard to see him go downhill so fast but I got to say my goodbyes to him and he to me. That meant so much. It makes me so very sad this will be his only grandchild he won;t meet.
I think that is also why the bleeding scared me so much. I was terrified I would lose this baby.
