Re: Easy ground chicken recipes please!
I will second Asian lettuce wraps, and can get you the recipe if you'd like! We make those all the time. I also have a recipe for chicken artichoke lasagna that you can use with ground chicken.
what you need 2cups shredded cooked chicken breasts 1can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped 1pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided 1/2cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cup chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes 2pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened 1cup milk 1/2tsp. garlic powder 1/4cup tightly packed fresh basil, chopped, divided 12 lasagna noodles, cookedmake it HEAT oven to 350°F. COMBINE chicken, artichokes, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan and tomatoes. Beat cream cheese, milk and garlic powder with mixer until well blended; stir in 2 Tbsp. basil. Mix half with the chicken mixture. SPREAD half the remaining cream cheese mixture onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with 3 noodles and 1/3 of the chicken mixture. Repeat layers of noodles and chicken mixture twice. Top with remaining noodles, cream cheese mixture and mozzarella; cover. BAKE 25 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining basil. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve. |

I also use it in place of ground beef, so much healthier! Use it in chili, sloppy joes, pasta, etc!

Mmm... last time I found some on sale I bought it and just used in in place of ground beef in tacos. They were goooooood. Possible better than actual beef LOL
Sent from my old beater Android with no phone service because we're THAT broke.

Re: Easy ground chicken recipes please!
Anything with green chilis. Make a ground chicken version of chile verde and serve it up like hamburger helper over noodles or rice. Or make green chili chicken nachos.
Also, who says a chicken pot pie has to be one inch cubes? |

Re: Easy ground chicken recipes please!
I love making lettuce wraps with ground chicken! I dont follow a recipe but I use soy sauce, rice vinegar, teriyaki sauce, worstechire (or however you spell it!) onion, garlic, water chestnuts , mushrooms and mix it all together. Its delicious!
I also use ground chicken with a chicken and broccoli rice. Mix it together similar to "dirty" rice.

I prefer it to beef when I make tacos! We also make chicken burgers with it. Yummy!
