Had to share this new product lol
Was in a baby store tonight and the owner was raving about this new product the blowout. Blocker that stops diaper blowouts. I kindly told her that since I started using cloth I have not had any up the back to their neck blowouts. She was very persistent about how great it is comfortable to use all the time.
So I got home and had to see what it is. This is it a washable piece of cloth that goes around the waist of a disposable. I think that kind of defeats the purpose? Lol http://blowoutblocker.com/index.php?...0a4d61c96f15ed |

Re: Had to share this new product lol
My brother's kids were always gross with blow-outs. If they weren't done having kids I'd suggest it to them. It does seem a little silly, but when you go through it every day it might work.

Re: Had to share this new product lol
Maybe something like this would encourage people to transition to cloth from sposies once they saw that cleaning poopy cloth wasn't the grossest thing ever. My kids have always had blowouts from sposies (no elastic in the back has got to be the problem), and we have had a couple blow outs in cloth. However, while cleaning one very minor blow out up (from a cloth diaper), my husband was like "can you imagine how bad this would have sucked if this was a disposable?!"

Did anyone read how to clean it? One of the steps is to "wash in warm water and detergent suitable for cloth diapers".
And the one pictured on the baby looks like the PUL you can get at Hobby Lobby...
