I love Cohan! I also LOVE Noah for a boy/girl name! It's been on my list for years now...and I am 'hoping' we can use it SOON! I am loving all the names people have suggested so far, and have new additions to my list! Thank you everyone that didn't know they were helping me too! LOL

I suggested Cohen to DH last night, and he shot it down because of William Cohen (Secretary of Defense under Clinton) . He's found asinine reasons to veto every name I come up with!

this is totally my husband! Crazy, crazy reasons for vetoing names. We BARELY agreed on a name for the last kid!

my dh is the same way. i bring up a name and it's "i once knew a Marine with that name and he wasn't a good Marine"
i like cohen as well. and i'm totally with you- i like older names that aren't too common. so far elianna is my most popular name, but i only seem to see it at church (it means "God has answered") so i'm not too worried about it. we are STUCK on E names (dh practically insists we stay with the E names) so i feel like i'm really really limited.
i'll be looking for E name suggestions when we find out the sexes of the babies

thats good because i like it. and some of the new names are so silly.

some people dont like my girls names and i tell them they had their chance to name their babies.

Aww, I was coming to say that I like Cohen, but then I saw that your husband vetoed it. Mean! haha

My husband has vetoed everything I've come up with... Oliver, Finn, Flynn, Quinn... We have tentatively agreed on naming our son after a character in a series of books my husband really likes by Orson Scott Card, but I am having second thoughts, so who knows what we will end up with!

I hope you guys come up with something you both love!

What name did you come up with? My DH loves Orson Scott Card .
