Re: What to do with my 1 mo old while pumping? Losing my mind!
I'm on month 12 of EPing. I tried and tried to get my dd to nurse with no success
When she was little I put her in a baby bjorn bouncer facing me. i would bounce her with my foot and sing to her I LOVE that bouncer, even though it was super expensive, it was worth every penny. i love how simple it is, no batteries or buttons, you can bounce it with your foot or let it sway with her movement. the weight limit is like 30 lbs and it folds completley flat. I have a hands free double pump but it never worked for me to do it hands free or both at the same time. I'm large breasted and found that i needed to be holding and massaging. I've made it work to this day. I'm not only pump my left side 2xday and my right 1xday and i'm able to make enough for her to have abot 13 oz a day. |
