DD does really good on these, she burps easily and isn't gassy. I do use mylicon still though because she is hard to burp without it, but it's not as bad with these bottles as it was with playtex or dr. browns.
Unless, of course, you drop the thing on the tile floor trying to prep a bottle at 3 a.m.

My favorite thing about Born Free is that I could actually get my hand all the way inside the 5 oz bottles (which hold 7 oz, by the way, if you fill them to the top - so we didn't need the big ones) and scrub them well.

On the other hand, DS couldn't use them until he was about 4 months old - he had a tiny mouth and would gag on the larger nipple. Until then, we used Breastflow (leaks too much!) and Playtex drop-ins (hated the liners).
