Fruits and veggies
handful of nuts or seeds
"trail mix" made with nuts, seeds, raisins
glass of milk
rice cakes with nut butter or hummus
hummus and veggies
yogurt sweetened with stevia or honey
green smoothies
popsicles made from smoothies
hardboiled eggs
a few dates
sticks of cheddar cheese
celery and nut butter

My boys are ravenous monsters.My teenage daughter usually only eats at meals, but the boys eat all the time! My almost 12 year old son has a hollow leg, I swear. He is a thin boy that can out eat many adult men.

Nuts, fruit, veggies...hmm, other than that I like unhealthy snacks unfortunately!

String cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit, low sugar cereal, rice cakes with peanut butter, nuts
