I would love love LOVE something like this for..welll.. everything! my kids names in their room, a school banner for our school room a birthday banner etc!

I know! I think they are so cute and fun and completely customizable! Im going to work on some testers this wk and hopefully open up for that early next wk.

Also, i was wondering if the cuteness factor would go down if the bday letter were stenciled? Im saving up for a cutting machine but for now it takes forever to cut letters and to iron on the double sided glue then iron each letter into place,etc. i feel like if i stenciled the letters i could concentrate more on fun and cute embellishments instead of slaving away on a clean but very simple look.....

If you're thinking about doing custom designs you could have a flat rate and then extra per pendant. Like example $8 flat and .75 per pendant. Just a late night thought. Neat banners though, I do like them.

Awesome idea! I've made and sold banners that are made with a card stock base and embellished, and I usually charge around $20, depending on how extensive it is.

ps, I'm a shabby chic girl and I LOVE anything burlap and anything unfinished.

Thanks! Ive seen paper banners on Etsy and they are really pretty!

Ive been tweaking a few things the last few wks and am finding that the finished edges on burlap actually dont impeded on The fun, shabby, chic look

hoping to get a hyenacart store up and running by the end of the wk- but im 32 wks prego so i wont beat myself up if it happens a bit later

I LOVE the fabric banners and actually someone on DS just made me an exquisite Happy Birthday Banner. It looked more like your gratitude banner....5X7 rectangles of 2-sided fabric sewn together, iron-on letters that were also sewn on for increased longevitiy with washing, and fabric cord/binding on either side to hang. Super cute and with all the extra work she did, I feel she should have asked more. I know there was a blaire33 or similar avatar selling a similar/simpler version of the one I got for $20 or $25ppd. I paid slightly more for the one I bought from someone else, but for the quality work and time she put into it, she could have easily gotten $40ppd for it. If I were getting the burlap banners like you make with a child's name on them, I would probably spend closer to $15ppd, but I'm cheap and again.....personal preference.... I like the finished look better. Just my 2 cents. I think you have a great product and many people seem to be interested in it :-) Good Luck!
