I am getting ready to start using the creighton method. I have read TCOYF but I loaned it to a friend who is TTC. I am TTA!
Could someone please remind me about the basic infertile pattern post menstruation/pre-ovulation?
If those days are identified as safe days due to no fertile cm by 6pm, and we have sex that night...but what if I notice cm the next day? Aren't I risking getting preg because sperm can live in my body for a couple days?!
Help! I don't have my book, I'm on vacay, and af just started!!

Sperm can last 7 days in fertile CM, but only hours in non-fertile CM. Hope that helps

Right, as long as it was a green sticker day (and not green baby based on the previous days) then the act of intercourse would be infertile as long as it was right after your last reading of the day. And that is because the sperm die very quickly without fertile cervical mucus.

I hope you're working with a Creighton teacher - it's really the only way to get all the nuances down. If you don't have a local teacher, it can be taught via telephone or Skype. Good luck with it
