Daily Exercise 6/29/12-7/7/12
Can you guys believe it's almost July? My son will be six on 7/31 and it's blowing my mind!!
45 minutes on the bike. Will hit my abs later today and perhaps an arm workout if I'm feeling extra peppy.

The month of June has literally flown by.
Today I ran 5.01 miles. They were a little slower then my last few runs but man was it hot out today. I ran at 9am and it was already 85* and the humidity was around 36%. I normally don't sweat much while I am running but typically pour at the end of my runs. But not today, I was dripping sweat by mile 1. I also registered for my first half marathon today and it is only a little over 2 weeks away. Yikes! This was kinda a last minute decision for me so I haven't really been following a training plan. I looked at Hal Hidgons novice 2 plan and have been able to get the weekly mileage in so I think I will be okay. Since I am lacking real training my one and only goal is to finish the race and have a good time.

I cant believe July came so quickly! C will be 4 on the 11th, witch is even more crazy!
DH and I just finished the Max Cardio workout. It sucked. I've never worked out before, like ever. And this one really kicked my butt. Half way through I was just getting mad and wanted to quit....I couldnt do half of the stuff he was doing. I can barely jump, and when I land it hurts my back. I know I just need to push through and I will eventually be able to do those things....I seriously felt like I just needed to cry. As ridiculous as that sounds. And it didnt help that DH made comments every time I had to take a break. He works out all time and is a total gym rat. But I did what I could do and finished the program. I will say that Im proud, I ate healthy right after the workout. No junk this time.

Saturday- some TRX arm workouts, plus a variety of different pushups and some squats
Sunday- swam a couple hours in the ocean

Saturday was my rest day. Sunday I did Physique57 Classic (ouch!).
Today I did P57 30 minute and just pulled out my Ugi for another 30 minute workout my goal this week is 60 minutes every day
