No sure yet! They set up a phone conference for tomorrow! We're thinking it's an offer because I don't think they would set up a call time to reject him, but maybe? We are still not sure if he would accept it. All of our family is here so we are still not 100% what to do. He would love the job and it would advance his career a ton, but is it worth moving our kids so far from family? We'll see how we feel after the call tomorrow! The office is the north side of Scottsdale and the guys he met with said it would be 40-45 minute commute and thought we should look on N Pheonix instead. We'll see!

Oh that is exciting! Well be sure to post how it goes. DH did say North phx is closer to North Scottsdale.

Well, he got an offer and now we have a lot of thinking to do. It's an ok offer, but not sure if it's enough to move so far

. I would love to live there but there's so much more than that involves in the decision.

Good luck with your decision! We might be making a similar move. We are in Western New York, and DH might be getting transferred to Phoenix. We already have a probable house lined up in Glendale. Hoping we like the area! I am lucky in that I actually have family out there

We live in Mesa off of the red mountain 202. If you are looking on a map. Our cross roads are McKellips/McDowell and Gilbert/Lindsay. We love the area. We are not far from scottsdale. My dh works in Downtown Phoenix and his commute is 25 minutes.
We love all the pools (though we have 1 in our home), museums, and parks. Just going 2 hours away from scottsdale you will see snow and pines everywhere.
AZ is very fun to live in. When it gets too hot in the valley I pack the kids up and we go up to the rim to play in the lake. It takes us 3 hours to drive up there but worth it. It is only in the 80's up there and it is 115 here today.
Let me know if you need help finding housing. I would be happy to do a drive by for you.
