I'm one that doesn't do well without a little something in the morning. I would say eat your fruit or even a bite or two of protein to even out your body. VLCD 1-3 are the hardest days!!! You can do it!

Okay so I have a major problem. I can't eat the meat. I had chicken in my salad today and I didn't finish it all because I couldn't make myself take another bite! Then I only got one bite of my steak down at dinner tonight
Very much meat at all makes me gag and I can't eat it. I thought I could just make myself for the diet but I can't I might be able to do the chicken in my salad most of the time but not the beef and not meat twice a day. I really want this to work. What can I do? I don't eat seafood at all.

Today I had strawberries
chicken on sliced cucumbers 1 melba toast Beef tips 1 large tomato 1 apple 1 melba toast. I think my veggie servings were not enough because I just now got up and had that last melba toast. I was starving. I also think I didn't keep up with my fluids enough. I had 2 small glasses of water just now. |

There's fish and seafood you can eat, but also cottage cheese, I believe.

Down 1.5lbs from yesterday for a total of 7.5lbs in 4 days!
I'm not following protocol 100% but I'm pretty close to it and since I'm losing well, I'm not worried about it right now. If my.losses slow down or stop, I'll start watching what I eat more closely.
