The preschool should try some old pillowcases rather than wetbags. i have found for rags in my kitchen i dont need pul AT ALL

That is a good idea - but there is a huge water table and the wet mop uses washable pads - it ends up with a lot of stuff being pretty wet (like not wet enough totally waterproof, but it needs to have some).
