Re: How is Crazy 8 quality?
Crazy 8 is part of the Gymboree Family. In order of highest quality and expense- Janie & Jack, Gymboree and then Crazy 8. They also have a fairly new store called Shade, which caters to womens/maternity.
Crazy 8 has lots of cute things! I would really recommend NEVER drying any of their items though. The quality of the fabric isn't the best and like others said, it's more of a discount store. I find it holds up well as long as you don't dry it.

Re: How is Crazy 8 quality?
Hmmmm - no drying might be an issue. I have no desire to have to sort out certain shirts for washing. Maybe I'll get each kid one outfit there and see what I think after that.

Re: How is Crazy 8 quality?
We love them! I think their clothing holds up extremely well (even with drying) . They are adorable to boot and I love the fact that they are pretty true to size.

Re: How is Crazy 8 quality?
Ds is only 18 months so he goes through sizes relatively quickly. With that said, we have loved the quality of the Crazy 8 clothes thus far. Imho, the quality if better than comparably priced clothes from Target, Walmart, and the like. We wash/dry on a regular basis, and don't take any special precautions with any of his clothes and haven't had any issues.
Can't comment on longevity beyond that since Ds is still growing rather quickly. |

I buy big boys sizes at Crazy8 and I am pleased. Henry is a size 6 now and I think most Gymbo is too babyish but Crazy8 has some cute stuff that is age appropriate. I actually think their quality surpassed Gap the past two years. I used to buy a ton of Gap for him but the shirts are terrible quality lately (fading, wash wear after two gentle washes, holes in seams, cracking graphics after one wash) and the pants are so inconsistently sized that he HAS to try them on first, I can't just buy online or with him with his dad.
Lands End is still our favorite for hard play, hands down. Their basic t shirts are amazing and he has yet to bust the knees in their pants.
