New Here. EP mom with a newborn

My daughter had to be in the NICU right after birth so we started with pumping and its been easier staying that way for us. Shes the youngest of 3 with her oldest sister being 4 and its easier to stop pumping then feeding a newborn.

We recently (started yesterday) have been having a issue. Im not producing NO WHERE near what I was before went from almost 80 ml a pumping session to barely 20 ml. The times havent changed or anything except the night before all this started I went out and forgot to grab my pump but I DID hand express as much as I could.

Any tips? Ideas? Suggestions?
