What to do with kale?

I've put it in salad and also in place of spinach in quiche. I shred it in the food processor first.

I made an excellent creamy soup with sausage and kale from, hmm, maybe my Simply in Season cookbook? That's a good one, you should see if your library has it.

I put it in stroganoff, smoothies, make a lemon-massaged salad...

There was this recipe, you use tomatoes and you make a sauce out of those, cook pork chops with it along with some spices. You boil the kale and the put the tomato paste on top of pork chop and then put the kale on top. Sooo good

I use kale in everything, but one of our family favorites is tofu-kale pie, from Cynthia Laird's cookbook

What are Kale Chips?

Saute with garlic, lemon, and butter or olive oil. Yumm!! Also it can pretty easily be subbed for almost any other green in recipes (spinach, chard, etc...)
