AF tends you make you retain water and whatnot. I basically stalled and even gained a little over af but this morning I am on the last day or 2 and I lost 2 lbs so I think that was it. In the protocol is says to stop taking drops but keep on the diet for AF but if you are doing drops I'm not sure that applies.

Quick question ladies. I'm going to start another round soon, but every time I've done this diet I have worked only part time. Now I'm working full time - does anyone here work full time on this diet? I know the first week is tough, I'm afraid of that now!

FINALLY started.
Today is my 2nd day of loading

I will be on VLCD #1 tomorrow...I'll be checking in a TON....I need a lot of support, I'm so VERY disappointed in gaining the 45lbs I had lost back

Okay so we are doing the 23 day cycle but I know we have to follow the diet sans drops for 3 days after that and then move into the next phase. Do I count the 2 loading days into the 26 days or not? I don't think so but I wanted to check and make sure.
