Re: Elimination Diet Support Thread!
Obviously, avoid the foods they react to if you eat them, then work from there. I do baby led weaning and feed off of my plate. My girls have tried foods and then refused them, only for me to find that they had a reaction to that particular food. I trust them to know what their bodies need and we don't fight about when, what or how much to eat.

Not on a Ted.
But if you needed to take it just keep in mind your lo may be reacting to the soy. |

Re: Elimination Diet Support Thread!
I don't have the time right now to read all the replies, but I did TED with my youngest for 5m, and while it sucked big time, it was so worth it when I finally found all of what he was reacting to, with no support from our ped or ped GI. So, hang in there mamas, it gets better. And my lo is still nursing strong at 15m... Neither of us can have any form of dairy, soy or wheat (and randomly apples or peas) and I am a veg. So it was hard at first, but now I feel like there is plenty for us to eat.

No idea except start reading labels.
Plan to spend a lot more time in the stores ![]() Sorry I know that's not much help. I ended up taking an all natural kids gummy vitamin. |
