Just thought I'd share

. We tried this a few weeks ago with peanut butter (well Wowbutter- fake peanut butter) and thought it was ok. The cake itself doesn't have a lot of flavor so the add in is really needed. Anyway I used 2 1/2 teas of cocoa instead of 2 and 1 tbsp sugar instead of 2 teas to give the cake some extra flavor. Then we tried a little over a tbsp of chocolate chips instead of Wowbutter- Holy Cow did that make a difference. It is really good. We stay away from most nuts, but I am considering getting some nutella to use in there or some caramel candy. The problem is its so quick and easy and we always have the ingreds on hand (well minus the chocolate chips- I did buy the chips specifically to use with this) I am going to end up eating one of these everyday. Perfect for PMS week. Enjoy.

Wow, my husband is going to die over this. He is an incredible chocolate whore. Thank you SO much for posting this. He cannot be trusted with anymore cake than a small amount so this is PERFECT.

Now I REALLY want to make one of those! I've seen the recipe and made it several times, but I always forget about it. That's probably a very good thing! The chocolate chips do make all the difference.

I love those cakes.. so quick and easy. I agree that the chocolate chips are pretty important. To me the whipped cream beside it is too

However, I do sometimes sub some applesauce for some of the oil- my recipe calls for more oil that this one though.

I just used the cocoa powder...and now that I look it up, mine was a brownie

I just sat myself down tonight and explained how important it is for this baby that I start to eat PROPERLY for the rest of this pregnancy!! Now, I have no choice but to go make one of these, at 4 minutes till midnight!
