Worst luck ever on ebay!

yes the backpack is Justice brand. It is the THIRD backpack I bought from ebay that was justice with holes. So does make me wonder about the quality. But, I had already told the girls they could get Justice backpacks...so...oh well. I think next time we will go quality over fashion LOL. I ended up just getting them new ones after all this. The new one that I have looks fine. I haven't yet gotten the other one yet. I never have a problem with their clothes. My 10 y.o's wardrobe is 99% justice and no issues. So, IDK.

Update on seller: She has now decided she wants to "work with me". I am not closing the case until I am refunded. Which will obviously not be until she gets it back and then i'll give her a few days. But she said she will work with me, but didn't actually say I can return it, and previously she told me NO, to throw it in the trash b/c she will not be accepting a return. So I said, ok, well all I want is to return the bag and get a refund. So we will see what she says.

Wow, that's insane. I would never sell that bag as VGUC or GUC. Those types of things should be disclosed! I hope you get all your money back!

She's ridiculous. This isn't a buyers remorse case. She didn't disclose issues, that's her fault. She misrepresented the item IMO.

Wow, that's ridiculous! She deserves the negative feedback! My last purchase was a breast pump and the chores had been required because wires were exposed! The seller refused to refund at first because he said I could see the blue tape in the photo... Even though there was no disclosure as to why tape was even there. In the end, ebay sent me a return label and gave me my refund when it was delivered.

Hope you get a good resolution!

Maybe have your girls not carry any loose pencils in their new bags. Maybe that will prevent holes from pencils being pushed thorugh. idk. I just don't want you having another holey bag.

good idea! my oldest dd will take care of hers for sure. She'd cry if she messed hers up. She cries when she stains something even! Ahh, pre-teens! lol

I'm over Ebay too. I've had some seriously bad luck lately. Once with a scammer that was bidding up if you entered a higher big. Another time with something else, etc. It is riddiculous.

Trying to save face when her bullying tactic of "I don't accept refunds! NEENER NEENER," didn't work on you, I imagine. I'd leave it as a negative if it were me. It shouldn't take filing a dispute to get someone to (wo)man up.
