How do you get DH to think of watching the baby as more than keeping him from crying?
I love my dh and he is always very helpful. He is a really great guy. But whenever he is "watching the baby" he sits on the computer with the baby on his lap or sits and watches tv with the baby.
While I don't expect him to interact with the baby the entire time- I can't seem to get him to understand that it won't kill him to read a book, talk to ds, or play on the floor with him. Tell me if I am just tired and being tempermental- I mean I sit and watch tv while I am nursing and stuff but I also spend a lot of time interacting with him...
