These are brand new. One is with tags, the other tags are missing but it is new. These were gifts, but my little guy is too big for his. I love these shirts. They are GYMBOREE, maroon with grey sleeve, they have the faux double shirt look. They both say brothers stick together. More of a brick red really. One is 6-12 mos. and the other is 2t
