are those last ones the size four? I can't tell what the bottom is, is it rubber or more like leather? Are you iso anything or only paypal?

Oh yes, they are size 4. Can't believe I left that out! The bottoms are flexible rubber. In the link with additional pics there is a great pic of the bottom.
