If you have reason to believe that your babies could have allergic reactions to food, it is best to offer foods individually for about 3 days. After you have a list of foods that they have shown no allergic reactions to those foods, you can mix them from then on. The idea being that it's easy to pinpoint the food that's causing the reaction if you know which food item is 'new'.

If you have no reason to believe that your child should be allergic or has their health compromised in any other way, you can simply start giving them whatever you want (except honey until 12months).
