How often does your baby poop? Derek isn't big on pooping... He was going every 3 days and then 4 days followed by 5 days this last time. My ped office says as long as he isn't in pain or his tummy isn't hard not to worry about it even though he is formula fed. I never thought I've be this obsessed with poop.

Anyone else going through this?

Crashing from May DDC. We've had a couple of 4 day stretches. It comes out eventually. We're on a 2-3 times a day schedule now, which is worse.

We're EBF here, so I'm rewarded with a poop at almost every diaper change. But I know my niece only pooped once a week.

We're EBF here also and though she doesn't poo at every diaper change, I have been rewarded more than once with a poo right when I get the old diaper off(and then she smiles about it). She is going everyday here.

My other 2 children were mostly formula fed and DD would go 2 or 3 days sometimes without pooing and we discovered that the biggest issues was inaccurate mixing of the formula that resulted in too much powder/concentrate and not enough water.

Assuming they're in no discomfort, I'm extremely jealous of the stretches between Poops! (Not sure why my phone capitalized Poop!)

With Sullivan we have poop at *almost* every diaper change, though he's now starting to go overnight with no poo's.
Benjamin poops, even if only a tiny amount, every hour or two. It's never ending, and we've been consistently battling rashes right around their rectums from the frequent poo and wiping. I rinse them off in the sink, instead of wiping, as much as I can.

They get about 80-90% breast milk... Though now that I think about it, Ben has been on antibiotics for over a week, so I've been giving him 100% breast milk and supplementing Sulllivan with more formula, which might account for his sudden lack of pooping at night? He still gets mostly BM, and I haven't noticed a change in poop consistency or color.
Married 03.06 to the cutest man I know: Soldier by day, CrossFit instructor by night.
