Has anyone mastered nursing in a wrap?
I joked while I was pregnant that no one was ever going to want to put this baby down (because our last passed away). I think I jinxed myself though because she will never LET anyone put her down. She sleeps in my bed or in a wrap and is held 24 hours a day. If you put her down she screams within minutes.
The wrap has been a lifesaver for me and she loves it but I'm trying to figure out how to nurse while wearing the wrap. I think I probably just don't have the coordination but it would make my life so much easier. |

I should add that I have a Boba Wrap, Baby K'Tan, and Ergo.

Re: Has anyone mastered nursing in a wrap?
I've nursed in a sling and a mai-tie, but never a wrap. See if you can find a position in the wrap where her head is supported to the right position. Probably the higher on your body, the better. Depending on how old/strong she is, you may not be able to nurse her in the wrap until she can support her own head pretty well. Keep trying, you'll get it figured out! I didn't figure it out with my oldest until he was over a year old. But I nursed my newborn (1 1/2 weeks) this weekend while playing miniature golf. Don't ask about my score. ;/

I second the YouTube idea. That's how I learned
It is awkward at first, so if y'all dont catch on right away try again a few days later. It was easier to do once my daughter was around 8 weeks and was a nursing pro.
