I have a few of the poly covers. They are cute a bit higher on the thigh. It makes the cover trim, but you have to be sure all of the diaper is under the cover. They work well over some fitteds and not others because of this. My baby is only 5 months but I used the cover overnight with no problems. I also had him in it during a shopping spree and forgot to change him until his prefold was completely saturated. The cover begans to feel a bit damp on the outside if you let it go that long. The poly material also has a bit of stretch to it.
